Directly in the CLOU-Mobile Server you can make settings that your CLOU-Mobile POS system controls. The program CLOU-Mobile Server is always started when an Orderman device is to be used.

Only one CLOU Mobile Server is started for an antenna or a router - no matter how many mobile devices are controlled with it.

A special variant is multiple use. Multiple use allows you to configure multiple areas to work independently with mobile devices. Each area has its own CLOU-Mobile server and can have its own antenna or its own network of router and antenna. This variant is intended for special requirements or installations with a large number of mobile devices. This generally has the condition that mobile devices can only work in one of the different areas.

program call

The CLOU-Mobile Server is not started directly, but via a monitoring program (OMANSEND.EXE), which in turn starts one or more CLOU-Mobile Servers for multiple use. A delay of 10 seconds is defined for the program start, so that a waiting time occurs after the call.

Calling up the programme must be set up on the PC to which the base station is connected.

Automatic programme start with the Remote Commander...

To set up an automatic start on a station, use Remote Commander.

Changing Settings in the CLOU Mobile Server

The monitoring program and the CLOU-Mobile server(s) are executed as minimized programs and can be maximized accordingly to reach the items for settings.

You can make the settings directly on the CLOU-Mobile server. If you want to make the settings by starting the program from the MCP, you can start the programs from the program group CLOU with the symbol CLOU-Mobile Server. After the start, the programs may have to be maximized to access the settings.

After you have made the settings, you must close the program and restart the CLOU-Mobile server which is used to control the devices. All mobile devices (DON and MAX) must be restarted and logged in so that the changes can be accepted. The easiest way is to restart the PC, as this ensures a restart of all components.
